Agreement to these terms

These terms apply to your use of webnextify.com, including the Insights blog, the guest posting marketplace and the free SEO Report Generator. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our services and project agreements

WebNextify offers web development, SEO, local SEO, AI chatbot development, custom software development and guest posting services. The descriptions on this website are general information, not an offer.

Paid work starts only after we agree a written proposal or contract that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the project agreement wins for that project.

No guaranteed rankings or results

Search engines and AI platforms decide rankings and visibility using their own systems, which change often and which nobody outside those companies controls. We'll do the work we agree to with care and skill, but we can't guarantee any particular ranking, amount of traffic, number of leads or revenue.

Accounts

• You must give accurate details when you create an account and keep them up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18 and using the account for business purposes.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used for spam, fraud or abuse.

Guest posting marketplace

Publisher listings show information such as estimated traffic, authority scores and prices. These figures come from third-party tools and from publishers, change over time and are estimates, not promises.

A placement is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing and any agreed payment has been made. Each publisher keeps the right to edit or decline content under its own guidelines. Content you submit must be original, legal and not misleading, and must not promote gambling, adult content, illegal products or anything a publisher has excluded.

Free tools

The SEO Report Generator and any other free tools are provided as they are, for general information. Results come from third-party services such as Google PageSpeed Insights and may be incomplete or change between runs. Don't rely on them as your only basis for business decisions, and only test pages you're allowed to test.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• copy, scrape or harvest content, listings or data by automated means without our written permission;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site, our accounts or our systems;
• use the contact form or marketplace to send spam, malware or unlawful content;
• pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your connection to a business.

Intellectual property

The website's design, text, articles, graphics, logos and code belong to WebNextify or to the people who licensed them to us. You may read, share links to and quote short extracts from our articles with a link back to the source. Republishing whole articles or using our content to train or build commercial products requires our written permission.

Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each project agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, the client owns the final deliverables once paid in full, and we keep the right to reuse our general tools, know-how and code libraries and to show the finished work in our portfolio.

Third-party links and services

The site links to client websites, publishers and other services we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link doesn't mean we endorse them.

Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". Our articles are general guidance, not legal, financial or professional advice for your specific situation. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, WebNextify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the website or free tools. For paid services, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Indemnity

If you break these terms, or submit content that infringes someone else's rights or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses WebNextify suffers as a result, including legal fees.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where WebNextify is based. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Pakistan, unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring a claim there. Before going to court, we ask that you contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
